Porridge with a Mix of Nuts and Seeds


  • 35g rolled oatsPersonel Training
  • 2 Brazil nuts, chopped
  • 3 walnuts, chopped
  • 5 almonds, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • ΒΌ teaspoon flax seeds
  • 250ml almond or rice milk


  1. Soak the oats, nuts and seeds overnight in the almond or rice milk (in the fridge).
  2. The next morning, place the porridge mix in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  3. Serve in a bowl with a few extra nuts and seeds sprinkled on top.
