Personel TrainingThe fitness sessions are hard work but enjoyable, the workouts are varied and that is the key. The hour seems to fly by, even though we are constantly exercising there is no clock watching. Chris also looked my diet and gave me useful nutritional advice. I've been training with Chris now, just over a year, I have increase my strength in all areas, decreased body fat and put on lean muscle. I am also enjoying exercise a lot more.
