How to make Full Immunity

Wash produce thoroughly, if it's unwashed it can be contaminated by bacteria. Washing is very important. Put the food recycling bag into the juicers pulp basket, this makes cleaning a lot easier. Cut or tear fruit and veg to size, make sure it can fit through the feeder tube. Do this before you start juicing. Put the fruit and veg through the juicer's feeder tube. Most machines have 2 speeds, 1 for soft fruit/veg, and 1 for harder fruit/veg. If the pulp left is still wet you can put this back through the juicer, you'll get more juice. Drink it, if you like it really cold you can pour it over ice. Wherever possible drink the juice straight away, once juiced it starts to loose its nutritional value. If you store it properly it can last 2-3 days but there'll be no preservatives in the juice and it can quickly go bad.

  • Apple - 1 medium
  • Carrots - 4 medium
  • Green Tea - 230ml
  • Honey - 1 tsp
  • Lemon - 1/4 fruit
  • Orange (peeled) - 1 fruit

Directions

  1. Make a cup of green tea separate from your juice (usually steeped for 3 minutes at 160-180°). Careful not to steep too long/too hot, or the taste will become bitter due to its tannin content.
  2. Add honey to green tea.
  3. Add honey to greentea.
  4. Process all other ingredients in a juicer.
  5. Pour tea into juice, mix well, and serve.
